Caoimhe O’Gorman

Caoimhe works across Frontier’s Energy and Telecoms practices from our Dublin office and is also involved in the firm’s pro bono programme.

She brings strong quantitative skills and a commitment to delivering clear, data-informed advice to clients across regulated sectors. Her recent work includes advising on regulatory and commercial challenges in the electricity, telecoms and waste sectors. She has also contributed to projects on competition risk assessments and infrastructure investment decisions. In the public policy space, Caoimhe has supported economic analysis for government departments and international institutions, including work on early years education funding and the value of cross-border data flows.

Caoimhe holds a Master’s degree in Economics from University College Dublin and a Bachelor’s degree from Trinity College Dublin. She previously interned with Frontier before joining full time and is fluent in English and Irish.
