Ilan Pargamin

Ilan is an analyst in Frontier’s Paris office, working across the competition, energy, and public policy practices.

At Frontier, Ilan has contributed to a wide range of projects across different practice areas. In competition, he worked on the estimation of damages in the context of a pan-European litigation case. In the energy sector, he advised clients on complex regulatory issues in the gas market. Within the public policy team, he was involved in evaluating key elements of the France 2030 investment plan. His work consistently combines rigorous economic analysis with an applied understanding of policy and market dynamics.

He graduated from ENS Paris-Saclay and holds a master's degree in economics from École Polytechnique and the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Before joining Frontier, he gained experience at several research institutes, including the French National Institute for Demographic Studies (Ined) and the Maurice Falk Institute for Economic Research in Israel.

Ilan is fluent in French and speaks English and Hebrew.
